Good Evening Everyone,
Late this afternoon Your Bargaining Committee was informed that we have been asked by at$t to return to the table. I have no details except to say that we were told the company wants to have a discussion. I suspect it has to do with heath care and the upcoming open enrollment period. Again, I am only speculating.
There are many many issues besides healthcare to get agreements on. Let’s hope the company presents a package worth listening to. If not we’ll stand our ground until they do! I will let you know how it goes. We’re heading to Arlington Heights on Sunday. I’m told we will be meeting with the company on Monday and Tuesday. More to come….
