CWA & IBEW CBRE Contract Negotiation Update

We are pleased to announce a tentative agreement on a new Labor Agreement with CBRE.

 The changes include the following:

The security of a 4 year agreement

11% wage increases including 3% 2018, 2.5% 2019, 3% 2020 and 2.5% 2021

1 Additional Floating Holiday

Ability to take vacation time in 2 hour increments at the beginning or end of shift

On-call pay increases to $20 for scheduled days $40 for nonscheduled days

Work up rate for Facility Mechanics that are CFC certified

No negative language changes to the healthcare costs

3 additional paid days to find housing during relocation

Recall from layoff increased from 2 years to 3 years

Elimination of KPI days

 

The Union is recommending a yes vote to ratify this 4 year agreement.
